to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held under and
by virtue of memoranda of lease, Nos. 26010 (all C.T.
601/127), 19308 (all C.T. 601/129), and 26866 (all C.T.
702/14), Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken, together
with the rights of way appurtenant to Lots 8 and 15, D.P.
6205, created in and by the said memoranda of lease, Nos.
26010 and 19308 for a university, from and after the 8th
day of April 1968.
