Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be set apart for a public school subject to
the sewerage easement contained in T. 682753 from and after
the 8th day of April 1968.

shall be incorporated in renewable Crown lease, Volume 923,

subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 481010, Wellington
Land Registry, and further declares that the third area of
road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed,
