CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation dated the 4th day of March 1968 and published in Gazette, 21 March 1968, No. 15, page 462, declaring land used as a roadway in Mangonui County, to be road, for the words “Rangauna Survey District” read “Rangaunu Survey District” which last-mentioned words appear in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.


Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.


SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY—
WAIMEA COUNTY

PART Sections 20 and 21, Block VI, Matakitaiki Survey District: Area, 792 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less.

As shown on plan numbered S 32/2 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of March 1968.

Consenting to Stopping Road in Block III, Oroua Survey District, Kiwitea County

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of March 1968

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 3.4 perches situated in Block III, Oroua Survey District, Wellington R.D., adjoining part Lot 297, D.P. 96, being part Section 163, and part Section 164, Town of Sandon; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21867 (S.O. 26799) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Road in Block IV, Ruakaka Survey District, to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 4th day of March 1968

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road in Whangarei County situated in Block IV, Ruakaka Survey District, and being 8.3 perches adjoining Lot 1, D.P. 39107; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W 21989 (S.O. 45502) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and coloured edged red.
