In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Pearce Trading Co. Ltd. (in liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the company and a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of Hoskins, Paino, and Sanders, Public Accountants, First Floor, 72 Dixon Street, Wellington, on the 11th day of April 1968, at 3 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:

"That the books and records of the company be destroyed upon the company being removed from the Register of Companies."

Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Graeme Stringer Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), pursuant to section 269(1) notice is hereby given that the above-named company has as an extraordinary resolution dated 25 March 1968 resolved pursuant to Section 268(1)(c):

1. That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Warren Harold Young, of Christchurch, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

(in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to Section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the New Zealand Institute of Management, 100 Chester Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, the 4th day of April 1968 at 2.30 p.m., at which meeting the extraordinary resolution for winding up will be considered and a full statement of the position of the company's affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act may nominate a person to be liquidator of the company and in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act may appoint a committee of inspection.
