Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Wheao Survey District, and described as follows:

489 0 0 Heruiwi 4A 2A Block, as the same is more particularly shown on the plan marked M.L. 19158 and lodged in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 17.2 perches situated in Block VII, Uawa Survey District, Cook County, Gisborne R.D., and being part Mangatuna E. Block.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21836 (S.O. 5790) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of February 1968.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to the rights of way contained in easement certificate, A. 40599, for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of April 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 24.4 perches situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 125, D.P. 53256. All certificate of title, number 9B/231, North Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of February 1968.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being portion of provisional State forest reserve, set apart by Proclamations dated the 5th day of July 1920 and published in Gazette, 8 July 1920, Volume II, page 2116, and 30th day of September 1955 and published in Gazette, 6 October 1955, Volume III, page 1596, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition, under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
