Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1956

Pursuant to regulation 49 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of regulation 41 (2) of the said regulation, red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Tail lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors marked ‘Lucas Top’ as fitted to XR Falcon motor vehicles.

Tail lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors marked ‘Lucas AL 143’ as fitted to XT Falcon motor vehicles.

Approval of Brake Testing Instrument

Pursuant to subclause (5) of regulation 42 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of the said regulation, the brake testing instruments of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

National Roads Board—Notice Concerning Stopping of Vehicles on Road

It is hereby notified that pursuant to the National Roads Board Bylaw 1958, No. 1*, the Board has, by resolution carried at its meeting of 21 February 1968, prohibited the stopping of vehicles on the portion of State highway described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

S.H. 5-Ngongotaha; On the east side of the highway from a point approximately 250 feet north of the new channelised intersection at Ngongotaha to a point 500 feet approximately south of the intersection, and more particularly delineated on plan M.O.W. 14044.
