The Papatoetoe Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1968

PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Papatoetoe Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1968.

2. There is hereby constituted a local licensing trust, to be called the Papatoetoe Licensing Trust.

3. (1) The first election of members of the Trust shall be held on Saturday, the 8th day of June 1968.

(2) The returning officer for the first election of members of the Trust shall be George Henry Mills Green, Town Clerk for the City of Papatoetoe.

4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area comprised within the boundaries of the City of Papatoetoe as from time to time constituted.

5. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949 shall be the whole of the area comprised within the boundaries of the City of Papatoetoe.

Declaring Part of the City of Manukau an Inspected Meat Area (Notice No. Ag. 10204)

PURSUANT to section 7 of the Meat Act 1964, the Minister of Agriculture hereby declares all that area within the City of Manukau not previously included as part of the Auckland Abattoir District by New Zealand Gazette, No. 49, 9 September 1948, page 1151, to be an inspected meat area.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964 the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 112 of that Act, David Russell Hay, M.D., CH.B.(N.Z.), M.R.C.P.(LOND.), F.R.A.C.P., of Harley Chambers, 137 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch, has withdrawn his notice that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided in section 112 of that Act.

The maternity notice relating to the said medical practitioner dated 14 January 1960, is hereby consequentially revoked.
