described in the Schedule hereto being taken for road.

ALL that piece of land containing 12.2 perches situated in
Block XIII, Haurangi Survey District, Wellington R.D., and
being part Te Kopi No. 2, Subdivision 5, as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22072
(S.0. 25683) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 0.1 perches situated
in Block XIII, Ashburton Survey District, Canterbury R.D.,
adjoining or passing through Rural Sections 13705, 16382, and
39379. As the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked M.O.W. 21954 (S.0. 10883) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes to the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Amethyst Electric Power
    Board Electric Lines Licence 1964, Amendment No. 1, and
    shall be read together and deemed part of the Amethyst
    Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1964* (hereinafter
    referred to as “the principal order”).
  2. The principal order is hereby amended by deleting clause
    5 thereof and substituting the following:
    “(5) The systems of supply shall be as described in para-
    graphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (j) of regulation
    15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967. The system of
    supply authorised under paragraph (j) shall be a single
    conductor earth-return system and the use thereof shall be
    subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the General
    Manager of the New Zealand Electricity Department.”

Immunities and Privileges of Representatives and Staffs
Attending ANZUS Council Meeting and Seven Nations
Conference on Vietnam
WHEREAS a meeting of the Council of ANZUS and a Seven
Nations Conference on Vietnam are being held in New
Zealand in April 1968:
And whereas the said meeting is being attended by the
representatives of the Government of New Zealand and by
the representatives of the Governments of the Commonwealth
of Australia and the United States of America:
And whereas the said Conference is being attended by the
representatives of the Government of New Zealand and by
the representatives of the Governments of the Commonwealth
of Australia, the Republic of Korea, the Republic of the
Philippines, the Kingdom of Thailand, the United States of
America, and the Republic of Vietnam:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 14 of the Diplomatic
Immunities and Privileges Act 1957, the Minister of External
Affairs hereby directs that for the purpose of any enactment
or rule of law or custom relating to the immunities and
privileges of a foreign envoy and of the members of the
official staff of a foreign envoy:
(a) Every representative of each of the said Governments
(other than the Government of New Zealand) shall
be treated as if he were a foreign envoy; and
(b) All the members of the official staff of any such repre-
sentative shall be treated as if they were members
of the official staff of a foreign envoy.

Naval Staff and First Naval Member, New Zealand Naval
Board to 30 June 1969.
Lieutenant Commander S. W. Hicks, v.r.d. (Retired), RNZN,
engagement extended to 30 June 1968 and reappointed.
Lieutenant Commander G. Mitchell, M.B.E., released (engage-
ment completed) to date 20 January 1968. Placed on Retired
List, to date 21 January 1968 and granted honorary rank of
Commander.
Lieutenant Commander P. C. E. Oldham, RNZNVR, RNZN
engagement extended to 10 April 1968.
Surgeon Lieutenant Commander A. Green, RNZN, engage-
