CORRIGENDUM
In the Schedule to the Consent dated the 11th day of March 1968 and published in Gazette, No. 14, 14 March 1968, page 432, consenting to the raising of loans by certain local authorities, for the amount “$45,000” set out opposite the words “Auckland City Council: Redemption Loan No. 38, 1968”, read “$45,500” which last-mentioned amount appears in the Consent signed by an Assistant Secretary to the Treasury.
Dated at Wellington this 19th day of March 1968.

Land Taken for a Public School in Block XIX, Invercargill Hundred

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of March 1968.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing approximately 1.7 perches situated in Block XIX, Invercargill Hundred, Southland R.D., being part Lot 55, D.R.P. 8, being part of Section 44; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 18640 (S.O. 7300) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1968.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of March 1968.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Tauranga Survey District, described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 0.94 Part Allotment 51, Te Puna Parish; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1.75 Part Lot 6, D.P. S. 5219; coloured yellow on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21905 (S.O. 43129) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of February 1968.
