erly to and along that shore and its production to the middle

the middle of the Waipori and Taieri Rivers to a point on

coast to the point of commencement. As the said area is
more particularly shown bounded by a red line on the plan

bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner
of Run 708, Block XIX, Crookston Survey District, and pro-
ceeding generally north-easterly along the northern boundary
of that run and the north-western boundary of Section 3,
Block XVI, Crookston Survey District, to the southern
boundary of Section 4, Block XVI, aforesaid; thence easterly
along that boundary and its production to the middle of the
Belle Burn; thence generally easterly down the middle of the
Belle Burn to a point in line with the northern boundary
of Section 2, Block I, Crookston Survey District; thence
easterly to and along that boundary and the northern
boundaries of Eden Street and Sections 5 and 4, Block XV,

of two watersheds in Run 566, Block VI, Long Valley Survey
District; thence generally south-westerly along the western
watershed to Trig. Station C, Block V, Long Valley Survey
District; thence generally south-westerly along the south-
eastern boundary of Run 642 and the north-eastern side of
the road passing through that run to the generally north-
western boundary of that run; thence generally north-westerly
along that boundary and the watershed through Trig. Stations
X, Block XXI, Teviot Survey District, and U (Pinelheugh),
Block XVI, Teviot Survey District, to the south-western
boundary of Run 569; thence generally north-westerly and
westerly along that boundary and the southern boundary of
Run 1991 to the western boundary of Block XVII, Teviot
Survey District; thence southerly along that boundary and
south-westerly and south-easterly along the north-western and
south-western boundaries of Blocks XX and XXIII, Teviot

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of March 1968.
