PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is closed and added to the Silverhope Scenic Reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 15.1 perches situated in Block V, Ongo Survey District, Wellington R.D., being formerly part Lot 2, D.P. 1895, and being part Section 40, Paraekaretu District, being road by declaration No. 646353, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19694 (S.O. 25960) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue, edged blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land containing 28 acres 2 roods 19.2 perches situated in Block V, Ongo Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Sections 161, 162, and 165, Paraekaretu District and closed road (S.O. 15260, 19276, 19701, and 25960).
