Authorisation of 1968 New Zealand Easter Show
PURSUANT to the Exhibitions Act 1910, the Minister of
Industries and Commerce hereby gives notice as follows:
- In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires,—
“The Act” means the Exhibitions Act 1910;
“The promoter” means the Auckland Manufacturers’
Association and the Auckland Agricultural and
Pastoral Association;
“The exhibition” means a public exhibition of works of
industry and art to be conducted by the promoter at
the Epsom Showgrounds, Auckland, from the 29th day
of March 1968 to the 16th day of April 1968 (both
inclusive), and to be known as the New Zealand
Easter Show 1968. - The Exhibition is hereby authorised and declared to
be an exhibition within the meaning of the Act.
