Varying a Proclamation Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 (j) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary a Proclamation dated 2 September 1964, published in Gazette, 10 September 1964, No. 55, page 1517, and affecting the land described as Part Whakauma 2A Block, by amending the area shown therein from 11 acres and 12.3 perches to 10 acres and 15 perches, as shown on plan marked L. and S. 20/46 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 21st day of February 1968.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of March 1968.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Te Tumu Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 9.7 Part Maketu A Section 28 Block; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 1.7 Part Maketu A Roadline; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21908 (S.O. 41902) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
