Notice of Resolution for Voluntary Winding Up
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Blenheim Wool and Skin Co. (1962) Ltd., notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 11th day of December 1967, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
- That the company be wound up voluntarily.
- That Owen Gerald Fisher, of Blenheim, public accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors
PURSUANT to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that a meeting of G. W. Bradley and Sons Ltd., will be held on Thursday, the 18th day of January 1968, at which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be proposed, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held pursuant to Section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the St. John Ambulance Rooms, Normanby Street, Dargaville, on Thursday, the 18th day of January 1968, at 2 p.m., at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of the Cape View Cafeteria (1965) Ltd., in voluntary liquidation; members’ winding up.
At an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Napier on the 18th day of December 1967, the following resolution was duly passed.
“Resolved that this company be wound up voluntarily in a members’ winding up due to the business of the company having been sold and all creditor accounts paid in full, and that James Henry McIvor, public accountant, Napier, be appointed liquidator.”

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
IN the matter of the Cape View Cafeteria (1965) Ltd., in voluntary liquidation, members’ winding up, and in the matter of the Companies Act 1955.
Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company, which is being wound up voluntarily, are required on or before the 31st day of January 1968 to send in their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, to the liquidator of the said company, and if so required in writing from the said liquidator, personally to come in and prove the said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
