Kapuni Natural Gas Development—Notice of Application
NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand has applied to the Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey natural gas from Kapuni to Auckland with branch lines to New Plymouth and Hamilton and from Kapuni to Wellington with branch lines to Hawera, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Levin, and Hutt, passing through the various properties along a route now being flagged and already known to the property owners concerned.
The route is also shown on plans accompanying the application, copies of which are on view during the next seven days at the Kapuni Project Office, 74 Hill Street, Wellington, and at Ministry of Works offices at Porirua, Palmerston North, Wanganui, New Plymouth, Te Kuiti, Hamilton, and Auckland.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Crown Hotel, Napier
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee, on 17 November 1967, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing of the Crown Hotel, Napier, for the sale of liquor to the public, namely that such hotel premises be authorised to open from nine o’clock in the morning to one o’clock in the afternoon, Monday to Saturday inclusive; and from three o’clock in the afternoon to ten o’clock in the evening, Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Waihi Milk Delivery Scheme 1968
PURSUANT to the Milk Regulations 1956* the New Zealand Milk Board hereby gives notice as follows:

This scheme may be cited as the Waihi Milk Delivery Scheme 1968 and replaces the Waihi Milk Delivery Scheme 1958†.

The district comprising the Borough of Waihi and those portions of the Ohinemuri and Tauranga counties (including the County Town of Waihi Beach) delineated on the plan deposited for the purpose in the district office of the New Zealand Milk Board, Garden Place, Hamilton, under No. NZMB 87/1A is hereby declared a zoning area.

No person shall deliver milk in the zoning area defined in clause 2 hereof in pursuance of a contract of sale except pursuant to a licence or other permit given by the New Zealand Milk Board.

The Waihi Milk Delivery Scheme 1958† is hereby revoked.

All permits or licences issued under the provisions of the Waihi Milk Delivery Scheme 1958† in force on the date of coming into force of this notice shall be deemed to have originated under this scheme.

This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January 1968.

Tariff Notice No. 1967/102—Approvals Under Item 448 of the Tariff in Force Prior to 1 July 1962
NOTICE is hereby given that the concessionary entry of goods scheduled in Tariff Notice No. 1967/40 of 15 June 1967, has been extended until 31 March 1968.
Goods which were covered by published decisions under Item 448 of the Tariff in force prior to 1 July 1962, and which were still in force on 30 June 1967, will now be allowed entry at the same concessionary rates of duty under Part II Reference 10.8 of the present Tariff until 31 March 1968.

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of these applications should do so in writing on or before 28 December 1967. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, and supported by information as to:
(a) The range of equivalent goods manufactured locally;
(b) The proportion of New Zealand and imported materials used in manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
