Notice of Intention to Take Land and a Sewage Easement
Over Land in Block VI, Kumeu Survey District, Waitemata
County, for State Forest Purposes

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the
provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a
certain public work, namely, to construct a sewage treatment
plant for State forest purposes and for the purposes of that
public work the land described in the First Schedule hereto
is required to be taken and a sewage easement over the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is required to be
taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the
land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office
at Helensville and is there open for inspection; that all
persons affected by the execution of the said public work
or by the taking of the said land and easement should, if
they have any objections to the execution of the said public
work or to the taking of the said land and easement, not
being objections to the amount or payment of compensation,
set forth the same in writing and send the written objection
within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to
the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any
objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 25 perches situated in Block
VI, Kumeu Survey District, County of Waitemata, North
Auckland R.D., and being part of Te Keti A Block. Part
certificate of title, Volume 421, folio 250, North Auckland
Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 21733 (A.D.O. 32708) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured red, the said piece of land being situated
approximately 450 links from the eastern boundary of
Woodhill State Forest Camp.

ALL that piece of land containing 11 perches situated in
Block VI, Kumeu Survey District, County of Waitemata,
North Auckland R.D., and being part of Te Keti A Block.

Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated
on the plan marked M.O.W. 21733 (A.D.O. 32708) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured blue, the said piece of land being situated
adjoining the eastern boundary of Woodhill State Forest
Camp.
