Abolishing Ngahere Secondary Urban Fire District and Constituting Ngahere Blackball Secondary Urban Fire District

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby declares that the Ngahere Secondary Urban Fire District shall cease to exist, and pursuant to section 18 of the said Act hereby declares the urban areas of Ngahere and Blackball in the County of Grey to be a secondary urban fire district by the name of the Ngahere Blackball Secondary Urban Fire District.
