LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

NOTICE is hereby given of my intention to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 730, folio 103 (North Auckland Registry), for 1 rood 15.3 perches situate in the Borough of Onehunga, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 29607, and being part Allotment 15 of Section 39 of the Village of Onehunga, in the name of Victor Ivanhoe, of Balmoral, schoolteacher, and to register memorandum of transfer A. 249193, executed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Auckland, duly appointed to convey the said land to L. Milton Ltd., at Auckland, pursuant to the provisions of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the certificates of title in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Smith to David John Brown, of Auckland, commercial traveller, affecting 1 rood, situated in the City of Wanganui, being Section 425 of the Town of Wanganui, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 331, folio 179 (Wellington Registry), and application 725742, having been made to me to issue a duplicate mortgage in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such duplicate mortgage on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
