10970, whereof Denis James Cosgrove, of Queenstown,
labourer, is the lessee, and the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Queenstown, the lessor, affecting
7 perches, more or less, being Section 16, Block X, Town of
Queenstown, and being the whole of the land in certificate of
title, Volume 104, folio 244, having been lodged with me
together with application 320090 for the issue of a provisional
copy of the said lease in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of
my intention to issue such new provisional lease on the expiry
of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
