Declaration That Parts of the Taupo Domain Shall be Recreation Reserves and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that those parts of the Taupo Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be recreation reserves, subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserves.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Kiwitea County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for road purposes to a reserve for gravel purposes, and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Kiwitea, in trust, for gravel purposes.
