Declaring the Surface, the Subsoil and Air Space Above the Surface, and an Easement of General Right of Way, Taken for Electrical Distribution Works in the City of Hastings

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the surface, the subsoil, and the air space above the surface for a height of 12 ft of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and an easement of general right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto (in common with all others who now have or may hereafter be granted the like right) over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for electrical distribution works and shall vest in the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board from and after the 6th day of November 1967.
