Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block XI, Ongo Survey District, Kiwitea County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection 6 of the said section 29; and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land described in the said Fourth Schedule, when taken, shall vest in Nigel Owen Perry, of Rewa, and Derek Hugh Perry, of Waituna West, both farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 663064 and 663065, Wellington Land Registry; and that the road described in the said Third Schedule, when closed, shall vest in Mabel Strickland, of Feilding, widow, Bruce Hilton Clare Clare, of Waituna West, farmer, and Ernest Frank Thomas, of Feilding, retired farmer, as to five undivided ninth shares, and in Bruce Hilton Clare Clare, of Waituna West, farmer, as to four undivided ninth shares, as tenants in common in the shares set out after their respective names, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 364877 and 715137, Wellington Land Registry.
