EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicates of the mortgage and leases Scheduled below having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of provisional copies in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional copies on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

Lease 3882: Whereof Archibald John Campbell, of Auckland, civil servant (but now of Hamilton, manager), is the lessee, and the Auckland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board (now the Auckland Hospital Board) is the lessor (application No. A. 248326), affecting 1 rood 17.4 perches, being Lot 58, Deposited Plan 4529, and being part Allotment 24 of Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 453, folio 56.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the issue of a certificate of title pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the parcel of land described hereunder, and that such certificate of title will issue, unless caveat be lodged with me forbidding the same, within three months from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
