PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate first described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Michael Lawrence Coogan, of Ohura, farmer, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity, Volume 66, folio 106, Taranaki Land Registry, and the leasehold estate secondly described in the said Schedule held from Her Majesty the Queen by Raymond George Chapman, of Ohura, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 113, folio 175, Taranaki Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 23rd day of October 1967.
