Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for River Works in Block XIV, Halswell Survey District, Wairewa County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estates in the land described in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for river works from and after the 16th day of October 1967.
