passing through Trig. Stations Z, Y, and LL, to and north-westerly along the north-
eastern boundary of Section 3, Block XIII, Linkwater Survey District, to the north-
westernmost corner of the said section; thence south-easterly along a right line to
the source of the Waikakaho Stream and along the left bank of that stream to a point
in line with the middle line of the easternmost part of a public road through Section
2 of 10, Block I, Cloudy Bay Survey District; thence westerly to and along the middle
of the said road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 13, Block I
aforesaid; thence southerly and south-westerly to and along the eastern boundary
of Section 13 aforesaid, and the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 10 and 3, Block
V, Cloudy Bay Survey District, to Trig. Station N; thence south-westerly along a right

Survey District; thence north-westerly along the last-mentioned right line to Trig.
Station R aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the summit of the ridge between the
Onamalutu and Kaituna Valleys to the summit of the dividing range between the Pelorus
and Wairau Valleys; thence south-westerly along that summit to and along the summit
of the Richmond Range to its intersection with the summit of the Bryant Range, being
a point on the eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Buller, hereinbefore des-
cribed; thence generally northerly along that eastern boundary to the point of com-
mencement; and including D’Urville Island and other adjacent islands, and also in-

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of Port Gore
on a right line between Cape Lambert and Cape Jackson, being a point on the south-
eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Nelson, hereinbefore described, and pro-
ceeding south-easterly along that right line aforesaid to Cape Jackson; thence south-
easterly along a further right line to Cape Koamaru; thence generally easterly, southerly,
and south-westerly along the sea coast to the East Head of Tory Channel; thence along
a right line to the West Head of Tory Channel; thence generally south-westerly along
the sea coast, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to a point in line with
the south-western boundary of Rural Section 36498, in Block II, Weld Survey District;
thence north-westerly to and along that south-western boundary to the westernmost
corner of the said section; thence along the south-western side of a public road to its
intersection with Blythe Road; thence north-easterly along a right line across the
first-mentioned road and generally north-easterly and north-westerly along the generally
eastern side of Blythe Road to a point in line with the generally northern boundary
of Lot 1, D.P. 2434; thence generally westerly and northerly to and along the northern
boundary of the said Lot 1, and the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 19895,
to a road reserve on the right bank of the Hurunui River; thence due north along a
right line to the middle of the Hurunui River and generally westerly up the middle
of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 18, Square
105, in Block XV, Mytholm Survey District; thence to and along the south-western
boundary of the said Section 18, the north-western boundaries of Sections 18, 9, 25,
24, and 8, the south-western boundary of Section 34, and the north-western boundaries
of Sections 34, 33, and 32, all the aforesaid sections being of Square 105, to the northern-
most corner of Section 38, Square 105; thence south-westerly along the north-western
boundary of the said Section 38, and north-westerly and westerly along the north-
eastern and northern boundaries of Section 39, Squares 105 and 109, to the north branch
of the Hurunui River; thence generally north-westerly along the left bank of that river
and along the generally northern shore of Lake Sumner to the middle of Marion Stream;
thence up the middle of that stream to and along the generally eastern shore of Lake
Marion to the northernmost point of that lake; thence north-westerly, north-easterly,
and again north-westerly along the generally eastern and northern boundaries of Run
237 to Hope Pass, being a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Electoral District
of Westland, hereinbefore described; thence generally north-easterly along that south-
eastern boundary and the south-eastern boundaries of the Electoral Districts of Buller
and Nelson, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement; and including
all adjacent islands.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in line with
the south-western boundary of Rural Section 36498, in Block II, Weld Survey District,
being a point on the southern boundary of the Electoral District of Marlborough,
hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-westerly along the sea coast,
crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to a point in line with the middle line
of Beach Road, in Block VIII, Christchurch Survey District; thence westerly to and
along the middle of that road to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 1,
D.P. 16752; thence northerly to and along that western boundary and the western
boundary of part Reserve 1579 to the middle of Florence Avenue; thence westerly
along the middle of Florence Avenue to and northerly along the middle of Bower
Avenue to a point in line with the southern boundary of Rural Section 13981; thence
westerly to and along that southern boundary to the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
20980; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 5, 4, and 3, D.P. 20980,
