Station Cecil; thence southerly along a right line to a point in the middle of the Hutt River in line with the southern boundary of Section 269, Hutt District, in Block IV, Belmont Survey District; thence westerly to and along that southern boundary, the northern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 7415, and the northern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 3448, to the northernmost corner of that land; thence generally southerly along the generally western boundaries of that land to its westernmost corner, and westerly along the northern boundary of Section 196A, Hutt District, to and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Section 197, Hutt District, to the easternmost corner of Section 265, Hutt District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 265, 264, 263, 262, 261, and 255, Hutt District, the northern boundary of part Lot 2, Deeds Plan 578, along that boundary and the northern boundary of part Lot 1, Deeds Plan 578, to and along the northern and western boundaries of Sections 430, 431, and 335, and the northern boundaries of Sections 333, 328, and 331, to the north-western corner of the aforesaid Section 331, all the aforesaid sections being of Hutt District; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Sections 339 and 340, the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Section 343, and the eastern boundaries of Sections 344 and 348, all the aforesaid sections being of Hutt District, to the southern boundary of Lot 12, D.P. 3138; thence generally north-westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 12, 11, and 10, D.P. 3138, the southern and western boundaries of Lot 9, the southern boundary of Lot 3, the southern and western boundaries of Lot 1, all the aforesaid lots being of D.P. 3138, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 99, Porirua District, to the easternmost corner of that section; thence easterly along the southern boundaries of Sections 97, 96, 95, and 94, Porirua District, to and northerly along the eastern boundary of Section 94 aforesaid, and its production to the shore of the Porirua Harbour; thence northerly along a right line across the Porirua Harbour to a point on its northern shore in line with the south-western boundary of Section 84, Porirua District; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the eastern side of the No. 1 State Highway; thence northerly along that eastern side to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 20043; thence westerly to and along that northern boundary, to and along the northern boundaries on Hongoea 1A 1 and 1A 2, a right line across Pukerua Road to and along the southern boundary of Haukopua West Block to the sea coast; thence generally northerly along the sea coast to the point of commencement; and including Kapiti Island and other adjacent islands.

PORIRUA

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast at the north-western corner of Hongoea 6A in Block V, Paekakariki Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Electoral District of Otaki, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally southerly along that boundary to the north-western corner of Section 331, Hutt District, in Block II, Belmont Survey District; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 30, 29, 28, 27, 26, 25, 24, 22, 21, 20, and 16, Horokiwi Road District, to the production of a right line between Trig. Station No. 3, situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, and Trig. Station Magee, situated in Block VIII, Belmont Survey District; thence westerly to and along that right line and its production to the middle of the No. 1 State Highway; thence northerly along that highway to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 39, Porirua District; thence westerly along that southern boundary to the north-eastern corner of Lot 2, D.P. 20867, crossing the intervening North Island Main Trunk Railway; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 20867, to and north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of the said Lot 1 to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 16632; thence south-westerly to and along that south-eastern boundary and westerly along the southern boundaries of Lot 5 aforesaid and Lot 1, D.P. 16632, and the southern boundary of the part Section 34, Porirua District, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 821, folio 90, to the south-western corner of that part; thence generally northerly along the western boundary of part Section 34 aforesaid,
