All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast at the middle of the mouth of the Rangitikei River, being a point on the south-eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Waimarino, hereinbefore described, and proceeding north-easterly along that south-eastern boundary, to and generally easterly along the southern and eastern boundaries of the Electoral District of Rangitikei, hereinbefore described, to the middle of the Manawatu River in Block IV, Gorge Survey District, thence easterly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 1, Block I, Mangahao Survey District; thence to and along the western boundary of Section 1 aforesaid and its production to the eastern side of Range Road North; thence generally south-westerly along the eastern side of Range Road North to its intersection with the south-western boundary of part Subdivision 3 of Section 26, Block II, Mangahao Survey District; thence along the south-western boundary of Subdivision 3 of Section 26 to the northernmost corner of Section 2, Block II, Mangahao Survey District; thence along the eastern side of the road forming the north-western boundaries of Sections 2 and 10, Block II, Mangahao Survey District, to and along the eastern side of Range Road North, across the Palmerston North - Pahiatua Track and along the eastern side of Range Road South to the south-western corner of Section 13, Block XIX, Mangahao Survey District; thence along the south-western boundary of Section 13 aforesaid, the north-western boundaries of Sections 1, 2, 3, Block VI, and Section 4, Block V, Mangahao Survey District, and the abutment of Marima Ridge Road to the north-western corner of Section 9, Block IX, Mangahao Survey District; thence along a right line to Marima Trig. Station Mount Dundas in Block XI, Tararua Survey District, to its intersection with another right line bearing 295° 30′ magnetic, as described in the Schedule of the Ekatahuna County Act 1898, from a point in the middle of the Makakahi River in line with the western boundary of Section 21, Block XIV, Tararua Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along a right line to the intersection of the summit of the Tararua Range with the northern boundary of Section 2, Block IV, Waiopehu Survey District; thence along the summit of the Tararua Range aforesaid, to the southern boundary of Section 3, Block IV, Waiopehu Survey District; thence along the southern and part of the western boundaries of the said Section 3 to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 12, Block XV, Mount Robinson Survey District; thence along a right line across the Mangaore Stream and a road, to and along the southern boundary of Section 12, aforesaid, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 22977, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Heights Road; thence along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section 20, Block XV aforesaid; thence to and along that south-western boundary and its production to and along the middle of a road and Heights Road aforesaid, to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 4, Block XV aforesaid; thence to and along the south-eastern and southern boundaries of the said Section 4, crossing the intervening No. 57 Provincial State Highway, the southern boundary of Section 3, Block XV aforesaid, the abutment of a road, the southern boundaries of Lot 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 11933, and of Section 1, Block XV aforesaid, the southern boundary of Section 3, Block X, Mount Robinson Survey District, and a right line across the North Island Main Trunk Railway, to the southernmost corner of Section 2, Block X aforesaid; thence along the western boundaries of Section 2, Block X aforesaid, Lot 1, D.P. 14588, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Manawatu River; thence north-westerly down the middle of that river to the sea coast, and northerly along the sea coast to the point of commencement; and excluding the Electoral District of Palmerston North, hereinafter described.

PALMERSTON NORTH

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Manawatu River in line with the middle line of Maxwells Line, and proceeding generally north-easterly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 10732 in Block XI, Kairanga Survey District; thence north-westerly to and along the south-western boundaries of Lot 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 10732, and Lot 1, D.P. 20793, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary across the No. 3 State Highway to its north-western side; thence north-westerly along a right line to the easternmost corner of the part Section 420, Town of Palmerston North, shown coloured orange on S.O. Plan 26828; thence again north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries of part Section 420 aforesaid, Section 1657, Town of Palmerston North, part Lot 6, D.P. 693, part Lot 15, D.P. 2627, Lot 2, D.P. 21946, part Lot 16, D.P. 2627, Lot 1, D.P. 21658, and the part Lot 17, D.P. 2627, comprised in C.T. 883/27, to the north-eastern corner of that part; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of part Lot 17 aforesaid, and its production to the middle of Keith Street; thence to and generally south-westerly along the middle of Haydon Street, Vogel Street, Featherston Street East, Featherston Street West, Botanical Road, Brentwood Avenue, Highbury Avenue, Ronberg Street, and Marriner Street, to a point in the middle of the No. 56 State Highway; thence generally southerly along the middle of that highway, Nottingham Avenue Rugby Street, Rochester Street, College Street, Kent Crescent, Wincanton Place, Long Melford Road, and Maxwells Line, and the production of the middle line of the last-mentioned Line to the point of commencement.

PAHIATUA

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast at the southernmost corner of Block 3, Pourerere Crown Grant District, in Block II, Blackhead Survey District, being a point on the southern boundary of the Electoral District of Hawke’s Bay, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-westerly along the sea coast to the middle of the mouth of the Kaiwhata River; thence generally westerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block IV, Kaiwhata Survey District; thence north-westerly to and along the eastern boundaries of Sections 5, 7, and 9, Block IV, Kaiwhata Survey District, and the northern boundary of Section 9 aforesaid and its production to the middle of the Kaiwhata River; thence generally southerly down the middle of that river to a point due east of the northernmost
