NEW LYNN

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of Commercial Road on the southern side of Dale End and proceeding generally southerly along the southern side of Dale End to and along the middle of Central Road to the southern side of New North Road; thence generally southerly along that southern side to and along a footbridge across the Newmarket-Opua Railway and due south to the middle of Sandringham Road; thence southerly along the middle of Sandringham Road to the middle of Mount Albert Road; thence generally north-westerly along the middle of Mount Albert Road and Owairaka Avenue to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 51, Titirangi Parish; thence southerly and westerly to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 51 aforesaid, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Richardson Road; thence south-easterly along that road to the middle of Oakley Creek; thence generally westerly along the middle of that creek to the middle of Bollard Avenue; thence generally southerly along the middle of Bollard Avenue, New Windsor Road, and Whitney Street to the intersection of the middle lines of Whitney Street and Margate Road, being a point on the eastern boundary of the Electoral District of New Lynn, hereinbefore described; thence generally westerly along that boundary to the right bank of the Whau River in the middle of Wolverton Street; thence generally north-westerly along that right bank to and generally south-easterly and northerly along the shore of the Waitemata Harbour to a point in line with the middle line of Alford Street being a point on the southern boundary of the Electoral District of Grey Lynn, hereinbefore described; thence generally easterly along that southern boundary to the point of commencement; and including Pollen and Traherne Islands.
