Parish, in Block V, Waitemata Survey District; thence westerly to and along the southern boundaries of Allotment 449 aforesaid, and Lot 7, D.P. 18638, and the southern and south-western boundaries of Lot 6, D.P. 18638, to the westernmost corner of that lot; thence south-westerly generally along a right line across Taupaki Road to the northernmost corner of Lot 5, D.P. 48303, and along the north-western boundaries of that lot, of Lot 6, D.P. 48303, and of Lot 4, D.P. 40843, and along the last-mentioned boundary produced across the No. 16 State Highway to the middle of the Kumeu River; thence southerly up the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of that public road forming the north-western boundary of Lot 8, Deeds Plan Whau 56, and along a right line to and along the middle of that road, to and along the middle of the Henderson-Swanson-Kumeu Road, crossing the intervening North Auckland Railway, to and along the middle of Cottles Road, and along its production to the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 44993, in Block X, Kumeu Survey District; thence southerly along that eastern boundary, to and westerly and then again southerly along the northern and western boundaries of Lot 3, D.P. 31213, to the south-western corner of that lot; thence southerly along a right line to the eastern extremity of the northern end of the public road forming the western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 54742, and generally westerly along that northern end, and the northern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 25545, to and generally south-westerly down the middle of the Mokoroa Stream to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Section 16S, Motutara Settlement, in Block XI, Kumeu Survey District; thence north-westerly to the eastern extremity of that boundary, and south-westerly generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Section 16S, and along the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the sea coast; thence northerly along the sea coast and along a right line to the middle of the mouth of the Kaipara Harbour, being a point on the boundary of the Electoral District of Hobson, hereinbefore described; thence generally northerly along that boundary to and generally easterly along the boundary of the Electoral District of Marsden, hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement; and including Kawau, Motuora, and Tiritiri Matangi Islands, and other adjacent islands.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shore of the Hauraki Gulf in line with the middle line of Rahopara Street and proceeding generally westerly to and along the middle of that street, Marama Street, Seaview Road, Parr Terrace, Dewsbury Terrace, and East Coast Road, to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 12173; thence westerly to and along that boundary to and northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 12, D.P. 12173 to the north-western corner of Lot 10, D.P. 33966; thence along a right line being the western boundary of the said Lot 10 produced to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 249, Takapuna Parish; thence south-westerly along that boundary, crossing Forest Hill Road, to the easternmost corner of Allotment 245 of the aforesaid Parish; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Allotment 245 to its intersection with a right line running parallel to, and 250 links distant, in a westerly direction from, the western side of Forest Hill Road; thence northerly along that right line to and generally north-westerly along the middle of Blakeborough Drive, Trinidad Road, and Tonkin Drive, and the production of the middle line of the last-mentioned drive to a right line running parallel to, and 250 links distant, in a north-westerly direction from, the north-western side of Sunset Road; thence generally south-westerly along a series of right lines on the north-western side of, parallel to, and 250 links distant from, the generally north-western sides of Sunset and Glendhu Roads, to the north-eastern side of a public road forming the south-western boundary of Lot 26, D.P. 2093, in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern side of that road to the southernmost corner of the said Lot 26, and due south to the right bank of Hellyer’s Creek; thence generally south-westerly along that right bank to a point due south of Trig. Station O; thence south-westerly along a right line to and along the shore of the Waitemata Harbour, and a right line to the middle of the mouth of Henderson Creek, up the middle of that creek and Huruhuru Creek, to a point in line with the middle line of Rathgar Road; thence easterly and southerly to and along that road, and north-westerly along the middle of the Henderson-Kumeu via Swanson Road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 9, D.P. 42241, being part Allotment 6, Waipareira Parish; thence south-westerly to and along that boundary and along a right line to and along the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 9890, to the south-western boundary of the area taken for railway by Gazette 1939, page 2, and shown on S.O. Plan 29873; thence south-easterly along the boundary of that railway land aforesaid, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 13543; thence generally southerly to and along that boundary, the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 34266, to and along the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 4, D.P. 12378, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 19329, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Sturges Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 27378, and south-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the right bank of the Opanuku Stream; thence generally southerly up the middle of that stream to and along the middle line of Boundary Road, to and north-easterly along the middle of Henderson Valley Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of the part Lot 45, Deeds Plan Whau 13, being part Allotment 7, Waipareira Parish, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 594, folio 316; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, Deeds Plan 1363, being part Allotment 5, of the aforesaid parish, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of South Road; thence north-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 13, Deeds Plan Whau 13, and south-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Kaipara-Auckland Railway; thence northerly up the middle of that railway to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 11, Deeds Plan Whau 13, and easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Oratia Stream; thence south-westerly up the middle of that stream to and along the middle of Parrs Cross Road, Holdens Road, Forest Hill Road, and the Waitakere Scenic Drive, to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment S. 82, Waitakere Parish, in Block I, Titirangi Survey District; thence westerly generally to and along that southern boundary and continuing along the northern boundary of Allotment 103, and along the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of a public road; thence along the middle of that road forming the generally north-western boundary of Allotment 52, to and along the middle of another public road forming the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 10267, and of Allotment S.W. 45, and forming part of the south-eastern boundary of Allotment N.E. 44, and along the end of that road to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments N.E. 44 and M. 44, and along the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Anawhata Stream, all the aforesaid allotments being of Waitakere Parish; thence generally westerly down the middle of that stream to the sea coast; thence generally northerly along the sea coast, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to and north-easterly along the boundary of the Electoral District of Rodney, hereinbefore described, to the shore of the Hauraki Gulf; thence generally southerly along that shore, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to the point of commencement; and including all wharves and other extensions seaward.
