February 1967, has extended the last date for the receipt of

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Departure From Operative District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of
the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and of the regula-
tions made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning
Appeal Board, by order dated the 24th day of November 1966,
has consented to a specified departure from the operative
district scheme for the City of Lower Hutt by permitting the
applicant, R. J. Werry Ltd., to convert the property situated
at 43 Tama Street, Lower Hutt, being Lot 51, Deposited Plan
50, into two household units, notwithstanding that the area
of this site is 18.4 perches, and this is below the minimum
of 20 perches required by the said scheme.

BLUFF BOROUGH COUNCIL
SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Bluff
Borough Council, at its meeting held on 26 January 1967,
hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of £16,500, authorised to be raised by the Bluff
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the
completion of the installation of a sewerage system through-
out the Borough, the said Bluff Borough Council hereby makes
a special rate of 0.56d. (nought point five six pence) in the
pound upon the rateable unimproved value of all rateable
property in the Borough of Bluff, comprising the whole of
the Borough of Bluff; and that the special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, being a
period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
