Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and of Lynn’s Paint Shop Ltd. (in receivership and in voluntary liquidation), the Liquidator of Lynn’s Paint Shop Ltd. (in receivership), which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 27th day of February 1967 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition for the winding up of the above-named Company by the Supreme Court was, on the 26th day of January 1967, presented to the said Court by James Fawcett Rubie, of Auckland, clerk, and that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 1st day of March 1967, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing, in person or by his counsel, for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished by the under signed to any creditor or contributory of the said Company requiring a copy, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
—
IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Whakatane County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a public road; and, for the purposes of such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land to be taken is deposited in the public office of the County Clerk to the Whakatane County, situated at The Strand in the Borough of Whakatane, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work, or by the taking of the said land, who have any objections which they may wish to make to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk, addressed to him at the Council Office, The Strand, Whakatane. If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that piece of land containing one rood fourteen decimal three perches (1 rood 14.3 perches), more or less, being part of the Whirinaki No. 1 Section, 2A Block, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 86, folio 149, South Auckland Registry, and coloured blue on Survey Office Plan No. 43395.
