Notice of Intention to Take Land in Blocks IV and VIII, Paeroa Survey District, Rotorua County, for Road

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Rotorua and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Licensing Wallace County Council to Occupy a Site for a Pavilion in Mitchells Bay, Riverton Rocks

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Wallace County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its administrators, successors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Mitchells Bay, Riverton Rocks, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12480 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a beach pavilion, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon, and subject to, the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of March 1967.
