Declaring Land Taken for a Metal Pit in Block X, Rangitoto Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a metal pit and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangitikei from and after the 13th day of February 1967.

Declaring Land Taken for Road, and Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road, in Block IV, Apiti Survey District, Kiwitea County, and Revoking Previous Declaration

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the declaration dated the 29th day of September 1966, and published in Gazette, 17 November 1966, No. 71, page 1816, declaring land taken for road, and leasehold estate in land taken for the purposes of a road, in Block IV, Apiti Survey District, Kiwitea County; and, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Graeme Wilson Lock, of Rangiwahia, farmer, under and by virtue of lease, Volume 598, folio 71, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 13th day of February 1967.
