Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block XI, Pomahaka Survey District, Clutha County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule, and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in Russell James Black, Ian Davis Black, and Allan Walter Black, all of Wairuna, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 181772, and to electricity agreement No. 238906, Otago Land Registry, and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection 6 of the said section 29, and declares that the land described in the said Third Schedule, shall vest in Russell James Black, Ian Davis Black, and Allan Walter Black, all of Wairuna, farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 181772, and to electricity agreement No. 238906, Otago Land Registry.
