PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Ernest Alfred Stead,
Ernest Reginald Stead,

to be the Ouruhia Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act as a public domain.

Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time Being Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, to Control and Manage Parts of a Reserve, and Declaration That the Said Parts of the Reserve Shall no Longer be Subject to the Provisions of the Said Act

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the time being having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908, to control and manage parts of a reserve for public health and recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said parts of the reserve shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the last-mentioned Act.
