A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring an Area in the Auckland Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation issued on the 20th day of May 1961*, declaring an area of land in the Taranaki Land District, Taumarunui County, in the Auckland Acclimatisation District, to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953, as shown on plan marked I.A. 52/498 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of August 1967.

Land Taken for Broadcasting Purposes (Studio Site) in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, Matamata County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 15 of the Broadcasting Corporation Act 1961, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for broadcasting purposes (studio site), and shall vest in the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation from and after the 11th day of September 1967.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood, being Section 75, Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21246 (S.O. 43564) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 8th day of February 1961, to be street.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres 1 rood 19.5 perches situated in Block III, Otanake Survey District, Borough of Te Kuiti, being part Pukenui A 22 (Roadway) Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21429 (M.L. 18896) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink, edged pink.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the North Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.
