LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the certificates of title in the Schedule below having been lodged with me together with applications for the issue of new certificates of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

CERTIFICATE of title, Volume 104, folio 110, containing 40 acres, more or less, being Section 35, Block IX, Waoko Survey District, in the name of Rachel Harriet Lloyd (application No. A. 239574).

Certificate of title, Volume 588, folio 251, containing 13 perches, more or less, being part of Lots 80, 81, and 82 of the subdivision of part of Allotment 14, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, in the name of Elsie Burton (application No. A. 238676).

Certificate of title, Volume 2A, folio 986, containing 2 roods 12.8 perches, more or less, being Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 39998, being part Allotment 176, Parish of Takapuna, in the name of Edwin Rawi Mouat (application No. A. 239722).

Certificate of title, Volume 171, folio 121, containing 19 acres 2 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Lot 8, D.P. 1675, being portions of Allotments 141, 145, and 268, Parish of Takapuna, in the name of Duncan Anderson (application No. A. 239924).

APPLICATION having been made to me to register a notice of re-entry by Maria Arnerich, of Auckland, widow, the lessor under lease No. A. 12168, of 1 rood 3.4 perches, being Lot 12, Deposited Plan 51671, being part Allotment 30, District of Tamaki, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 3A, folio 1360, of which Alan Keith McIntyre, of Auckland, salesman, is the registered lessee, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such notice of re-entry on the expiration of one calendar month from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice unless good cause to the contrary is shown.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 505, folio 59 (South Auckland Registry), containing 18.4 perches, more or less, being part of Lot 39 of a subdivision of Allotment 1, Parish of Te Rapa, in the name of John Edwin Franklin Rendle, of Frankton Junction, plumber, and Mary Frances Rendle, his wife, having been lodged with me together with an application S. 383775 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 678, folio 52 (Wellington Registry), in the name of William Tobin, being the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land containing 1 rood 19.18 perches, more or less, situate in Block VIII of the Paekakariki Survey District, being part of Section 98 of the Porirua District, and being also Lot 49 on Deposited Plan 16813, and application 718981 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of the outstanding duplicate copy of lease 586043 made between the Wanganui Hospital Board to Lilla Maud Masters being the registered proprietor in leasehold of part of the land in certificate of title, Volume B 4, folio 525, and application 779046 having been made to issue a provisional copy of lease 586043 in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional copy of lease on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application for the issue of a certificate of title pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, having been made for the parcel of land described hereunder, such title will issue unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of three months from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Application 5507 by Duncan Earle McKee, of Wanganui, farmer, for all that parcel of land containing 2 roods 14 perches, more or less, situate in Block III of the Westmere Survey District, being part closed road and being the balance of the land in certificate of title, Volume 180, folio 211 (Wellington Registry), the registered proprietor thereof being Arthur Harding, of Siberia, Ashhurst, farmer.
