The fertiliser will be delivered or dispatched to the member of the society concerned.

The company will debit the account of the society with the value of the fertiliser delivered calculated at the prices fixed by the price order as applicable to farmers’ organisations as defined in clause 4 (1) (e) of the current price order, or as in (b) above.

Not later than the 25th of the month following delivery of the fertiliser the balance standing to the debit or credit of the society on account of each month’s deliveries will be paid either by the society to the company for debit balances, or by the company to the society for credit balances.
