Land in the South Auckland Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land
NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired, under the Forests Act 1949, as permanent State forest land.

SECTION 2, Block III, Thames Survey District: Area, 95 acres, more or less, comprised in certificate of title, Volume 497, folio 158 (S.O. 3701B).
As shown on plan numbered N 49/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

The Road Classification (Ohinemuri County) Notice 1967
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Ohinemuri County) Notice 1967.

The Ohinemuri County Council’s proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

Union of Dunedin City and Peninsula County
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Local Government Commission Act 1961, it is hereby notified that the Local Government Appeal Authority has fixed 9.30 a.m., on Tuesday, 3 October 1967, as the time, and the Ministerial Room, Chief Post Office, Dunedin, as the place, for the hearing of the appeal by the Peninsula County Council against the final scheme of the Local Government Commission, dated 23 February 1967, providing for the union of Dunedin City and Peninsula County.

Revocation of Notice Declaring Infected Areas Under Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 (Notice No. Ag. 10115)
PURSUANT to regulation 7 of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 Notice No. Ag. 8298*, of the 29th day of November 1965, declaring those pieces of land described therein as infected areas, is hereby revoked.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution dated 19 July 1967, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 56 State Highway (Palmerston North to Himatangi) from its intersection with Reserve Road generally westwards to a point opposite the north-western corner of Lot 2, D.P. 4165 (Skew Bridge), ½ mile west of its intersection with Hamilton’s Line as more particularly shown on sheets 1, 2, 3, and 4 of M.O.W. 13520 and the accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
