Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road, Road Closed, and Road Added to the Ranfurly Domain in Blocks XI and XIII, Town of Ranfurly

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 the Minister of Works hereby amends the notice dated 26 April 1966, and published in Gazette, 26 May 1966, No. 31, at page 851, proclaiming land as road, road closed, and road added to the Ranfurly Domain in Blocks XI and XIII, Town of Ranfurly, by deleting therefrom the words “Ranfurly Domain”, and substituting the words “Maniototo Park Domain”.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in Thomas Eric Streeter, of Motukarara, farmer.
