A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1967.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 0.5 Part Rural Section 69; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 10.4 Part Rural Section 69; edged sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21514 (S.O. 10507) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of August 1967.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Takapau Survey District, described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964, and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township, subject to a right of way created by Maori provisional register 9/161, Wellington Land Registry, and also hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township, subject to the unregistered right of way described in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 19.1 perches situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D.; being part Ohuanga North 5b 1c 1c.
SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 37.5 perches, situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D.; being part Ohuanga North 5b 1c 2d 2b 3.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 20596 (S.O. 26451) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged blue.
THIRD SCHEDULE
