Land and an Easement of Right of Way Over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes (Western Bay of Plenty V.H.F. Station) in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, Tauranga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (Western Bay of Plenty V.H.F. Station); and that the easement of right of way described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (Western Bay of Plenty V.H.F. Station), over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August 1967.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Taken for Post Office Purposes
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 37.7 perches situated in Block III, Te Tumu Survey District, being part No. 2 Section 1E 2G, Papamoa Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21042 (S.O. 43383) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Description of Easement
THE full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty the Queen to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals and vehicles, over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; such right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act, 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—ELLESMERE COUNTY
PART Rural Section 33055, situated in Block VI, Hall Survey District: Area, 4 acres 1 rood 15 perches, more or less. All the land in Proclamation 520, Canterbury Registry (S.O. Plan 5205).
