Reappointment of Chairman and Members of the Special Town and Country Planning Appeal Board

PURSUANT to section 39A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint

Leslie Porter Blunt, Esquire, of Kaikoura, being a person nominated by the Executive Committee of the New Zealand Counties Association Incorporated;

PURSUANT to section 58 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint the Honourable Mr Justice Alec Leslie Haslam, as an additional Judge of the Court of Appeal from and inclusive of the 7th day of August 1967, and consequent upon such appointment, has revoked the appointment of the Honourable Mr Justice Terence Arbuthnot Gresson, as an additional Judge of the Court of Appeal from and inclusive of that date.
