EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate
of title, Volume 811, folio 227 (South Auckland Registry),
containing 434 acres, more or less, being Section 5, Block
IX, Waihi South Survey District, in the name of Arthur
Worrall Benner, of Te Puke, farmer, having been lodged
with me together with an application S. 380936 to issue a
new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given
of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the
expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.

taken an appointment with an overseas organisation, the
partnership heretofore carried on as barristers and solicitors
under the firm name of Ralph Thompson, Shaw, Atkinson,
and Rea, is from the date hereof hereby dissolved but
