PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto, and declares that the road described in the said Schedule shall be incorporated in Renewable Lease, recorded in Volume 362, folio 71, Otago Land Registry, and held by Marie Joy Lindsay, of Clinton, married woman, and Arthur William Thomson, of Balclutha, public accountant, subject to memoranda of mortgage Nos. 300570 and 300571, Otago Land Registry.
