Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested and Land Taken and Vested in Block XV, Kopuaranga Survey District, Masterton County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and declares that the road first, secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto when closed shall vest in Rodger Craig Stewart, of Masterton, company manager, Donald William Foster, of Masterton, solicitor, and Carlyle Honour McKenzie, of Masterton, sheep farmer, and that the road fifthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto when closed shall vest in Mary Elizabeth James, of Whangaehu, widow, and Donald James, of Rangitumau, sheep farmer (as executors), and that the road sixthly described in the said Second Schedule hereto when closed shall vest in Eva Nellie Wrigley, of Upper Taueru near Masterton, married woman; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the land first and secondly described in the said Third Schedule hereto shall vest in Mary Elizabeth James, of Whangaehu, widow, and Donald James, of Rangitumau, sheep farmer, and that the land thirdly described in the said Third Schedule hereto shall vest in Rodger Craig Stewart, of Masterton, company manager, Donald William Foster, of Masterton, solicitor, and Carlyle Honour McKenzie, of Masterton, sheep farmer; and that the land fourthly described in the said Third Schedule hereto shall vest in Eva Nellie Wrigley, of Upper Taueru near Masterton, married woman.
