Commissioner of Supreme Court Appointed

Pursuant to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the Right
Honourable Sir Richard Wild, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice of New
Zealand, has this day appointed

David Campbell Barron, Sydney, New South Wales,
Australia,
a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, to be
a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand in
New South Wales, for the purpose of administering and
taking of oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said

Revocation of Notice Declaring the City of Nelson to be an
Inspected Meat Area (Notice No. Ag. 10103)

Pursuant to section 7 (3) of the Meat Act 1964, the Notice*
dated 3 August 1966, declaring the City of Nelson to be an
inspected meat area, is hereby revoked as from the 31st day
of August 1967.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School in the City of
Christchurch

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a public school
from and after the 31st day of July 1967.

All that piece of land containing 20.6 perches situated in the
City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being Lot 1,
