Amending Notice Licensing Trustees of Puru Boat Club to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Puru, Thames Coast

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the notice published in the Gazette, 1 June 1967, page 967, licensing trustees of the Puru Boat Club to occupy a site for a slipway at Puru, Thames Coast, by adding condition No. 4 as set out below, to the Schedule of conditions.

4. (a) Fees in respect of the use of the slipway shall be charged and taken by the licensees according to the following scale: Vessels under 12 ft 6 in. in length: 25 cents per day. Vessels over 12 ft 6 in. in length: 50 cents per day. (b) Members of the Puru Boat Club, when using the slipway, shall be exempted from the above fees. Dated at Wellington this 11th day of July 1967. Roads Excluded From Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zones Declared

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that:

1. The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 18th day of May 1965†, which relates to Masterton Borough is hereby revoked. 2. The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 6th day of March 1959§, which relates to the former Masterton-Weber via Alfredton Main Highway No. 816 in Masterton County is hereby revoked. 3. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. 4.
