A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out
by the Maori Land Court, by an order dated the 9th day
of November 1964, to be road.

Altered

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day
of July 1967
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Local Government Commission Act 1961,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order:

ORDER

1. This order shall take effect on the 1st day of August 1967.
2. The area described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   excluded from the County of Whangarei and included in the
   City of Whangarei.
3. The alteration of the boundaries of the said county and
   the said city hereinbefore made shall be deemed to have
   been effected under the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.

SCHEDULE
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing approximately 12 acres 1 rood 22 perches, bounded by
a line commencing at a point in Block VIII, Purua Survey
District, on the western boundary of the Whangarei City, as
described in N.Z. Gazette, 1965, page 1010, being the northern-
most corner of Lot 1, D.P. 26375, and proceeding southerly
and westerly along the aforesaid city boundary to the eastern-
most corner of Lot 1, D.P. 51603; thence easterly along the
northern side of Whau Valley Road to and northerly generally
along the western boundaries of Lots 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 26375,
to the point of commencement.
